Formed from a former line up of burlesque dancers, the PCD arrived on the scene back in as a genuine musical force. While the group sadly fell apart due to tensions over Nicole Scherzinger being focused on as the main lead, back in those days they rode high on their particular brand of r'n'b and pop. In this perfectly choreogrpahed gig, they gave the 'Doll' energy only they could be known for, gyrating washboard abs and seductive hair flicks in perfect time.

The Pussycat Dolls are an American girl group and dance ensemble , founded in Los Angeles , California , by choreographer Robin Antin in as a burlesque troupe. At the suggestion of Jimmy Iovine , Antin decided to take the burlesque troupe mainstream as a pop group. Their debut single, " Sway ", was featured on the soundtrack of the film Shall We Dance? However, despite their commercial success, the group was plagued by internal conflict due to the emphasis on Scherzinger, the group's lead vocalist, and the subordinate treatment of the other members.
